Spokane Police Sgt. Eric Kannberg was dealing with an intoxicated male when another intoxicated male, later identified as Cory Counts, interrupted the contact. Even with the amount of patience that Sgt. Kannberg demonstrated, Cory just couldn't keep his mouth shut. He was eventually arrested for 3rd Degree Assault.
